Stretch, Strengthen, and Slenderize

Event Description
This class will focus on cardio moves to burn fat, hand weights for muscle toning and yoga style stretching to strengthen your muscles. This course works well for all fitness levels; it is perfect for the person just starting a program, as well as for the person who works out all the time. All moves will be modified for your work-out level. Whether you have never worked out before or you enjoy some type of work-out daily, Esther will work with you to maximize the best workout for your body.
Suggested materials (not required)- hand weights,or weighted gloves less than .75 lbs. each (Weighted gloves work best if you have them) but you can do this class with or without weights and a mat or towel for floor-work.
Extra goodies will come with this class; diet plans, recipes, an occasional after class smoothie, and FUN!
The net proceeds of this class will be donated back to the Spider Lake Fellowship Hall.
